The On The Blu framework proposes a structured system of inquiry in which coded numerical classifications are used to organize the study of consciousness, transformation, elemental relationships, planetary symbolism, and human experience. Designations such as CL-1 through CL-11 (Consciousness Levels), PL-1 through PL-11 (Planetary Levels), ST-1 (Structural Transformation), AL-1 (Alchemy Level), DS-1 (Dimensional Structure), RF-1 (Reflective Framework), AC-1 (Alchemy Code), and TR-1 (Transformational Research) function as conceptual coordinates within an interdisciplinary model.

Rather than presenting these classifications as established scientific measurements, the framework treats them as an evolving intellectual architecture through which philosophical traditions, historical systems of knowledge, observational inquiry, symbolic structures, and contemporary questions concerning consciousness and human development may be examined in relation to one another. The numerical sequence establishes continuity between levels of inquiry, while the alphabetical designation identifies the domain through which each level is interpreted.

The objective is to create a common vocabulary through which seekers, scholars, educators, researchers, and members of the broader public can document observations, formulate questions, compare conceptual relationships, and communicate findings with increasing precision. Within this model, language becomes an instrument of inquiry: each code establishes a reference point, each number identifies position within the framework, and each relationship between codes generates an opportunity for further investigation.

• Scholarly/Research Language — precise, interdisciplinary, conceptually rigorous, and capable of engaging scientists, scholars, researchers, educators, and technically educated audiences without sounding elementary or making unsupported scientific claims.

• Seeker/Public Language — the same concepts translated into language that the broader public can learn, understand, and eventually use as a shared vocabulary in their own writing, reflection, correspondence, and study.

The relationship between CL-3 and ST-2 provides a framework for examining the transition between a state of conscious observation and a subsequent process of personal transformation.

CL-3 is where I observe. ST-2 is where I begin to transform what I have observed.
